@Steffip   If your phone is returning a no Sim card message it usually means your Sim card is faulty and you need to order replacement Sim card.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you Chris will order new one see what happens.

Hi @Steffip

You can order a replacement SIM card by giving us a call on 150 or 07953 966 150 and the team can get the SIM card posted to your account address, or you can visit an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement.

Please see our How do I swap my SIM or get a new SIM? Help page for more details.

Leanne 🙂

For information - my contract SIM was deactivated last night (i have since discovered since talking to tech support) by 'the system' i.e. not by a human, for no apparent reason. The only way of fixing it is to replace the SIM at a shop if you cant afford to wait 1-3 days for a new one to turn up. As the helpful tech support guy said - it is a little bizarre why this has happened.......
