My sim worked fine for a year and now it is not working... no data... no text or calls. I cannot even call ee to sort this out. It just said not registered to network.

Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account?
Does the SIM have a signal showing?

It is a monthly sim. Please solve this ASAP... I am at work so I won't have time to call and wait.it shows the bar but says it is not registered.

Have you recently made any account changes or ordered a new SIM?
Are you able to try the SIM in another phone to see if the same happens?

I have ordered a data sim like few weeks ago. But it should be independent. At the moment no since I'm at work.

Sorry but this is impossible for me... can this be sorted through mail. I don't have access to another phone or sim. How can't this be sorted without phonecall?

Sorry we have no email address to contact the team, if you have a personal account you should have a message us option in the EE app within the Help section.
If this does not show, you would need to call us, or visit an EE Store to get this looked into.
