I have just received my Samsung upgrade mobile but it did not come with a sim card. Is this right do I just put my old sim card in the new mobile?

@ClareLG  If it fit then yes you can use your old one.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
