  • I lost my SIM card I got replacement but I can’t activate it I spend more than 2 hours in the store but at the end said contact EE network

You will have to contact customer service, if you cannot dial 150 to speak to them, then if you have another phone or you can use someone else’s phone or even use Skype, you can ring them on their free number:
