My sim has no service

I just bought a new phone and transferred everything from my old phone to it not knowing the number was also transferring as eSim so I cancelled it from the new phone thinking I’ll get the service back on my old phone where the physical sim is, I wanted to keep my EE sim in the old phone because I’m not in the UK at the moment and I needed to get a new phone with another number, now I don’t have service on my EE sim, please how can I fix this? I really need my number to work

Hi @Gianina07
You can only have an Esim or a sim card not both. If you have deleted your Esim you'll need to order another sim from EE and activate the sim in the UK.
EE will only deliver a new sim to your UK address.
