Hey, how are you doing? I was using my phone with my SIM card perfectly yesterday. All of a sudden, it just stopped working and started saying “No SIM card.” I restarted my phone and checked the SIM card again. Unfortunately, it’s still saying “No internet,” and that is my primary SIM, which I use on a daily basis.
I’ve been stranded and have tried my best to speak to customer service using another EE SIM card, but they said they couldn’t attend to me at the moment—despite promising to call me back in 15 minutes. I even responded to the text message they sent, explaining the problem.
Now I’m confused because I don’t know what to do. I’d be glad to hear back from you soon. Have a nice day.

Hello @Bexzy ,
Welcome to the community,
Have you taken the SIM card out, cleaned it and the tray and tried again?
Could you also check here to see if there is a problem where you are , you can register and receive updates as well:
https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
It could be that your SIM card is faulty and you may need a replacement.
You can ring customer service using Skype for free, see my signature.

Thanks. I’ll ring them on Skype, and I also tried it on another phone—it’s still saying the same thing.
