@Taslimraza , did you request a PAC code from your previous network supplier? If you did, then you need to give this to EE, you can do this either by calling customer service or by logging into your account , you should find this by clicking on settings and where it says Device and Sim, scroll down to transfer number to EE. You can do this via the EE App.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Taslimraza  just to add your number will not now be ported till Tuesday once you’ve given EE the PAC code as number ports do not happen over the weekend and they take up to 24 hours to complete.. 

Moving from GIFFGAFF to EE. My PUC is xxxxxxxxx.  Have new EE sim.
