Sim phone number is not my ported number.

I transfer to EE and ported my number. The sim number is the old sim number and hasn't updated in the phone so texts are showing from the old number yet I cannot receive a text on the original sim number to change it on the account and I cannot change it in the phone. Any help welcome.

When exactly did you port-in? Are calls working to or from the port-in number?

Are you using Apple or Android?
