Sim not working

Hi,

my contract has finished today 28/12/23. and now my sim is not working . Any solution.

Hi @SAQI1996 

Unless you have cancelled your plan (served notice) then all that has ended is your minimum contract term. Your contract continues until you cancel or upgrade.

Have you tried restarting your device.

Are you in the UK.

Yeah i called them to cancel last month. I am in uk right now.
