Hi, I cancelled my mobile contract on the 22nd Nov at the end of its term to move back to pay as you go, since the cancellation I've been unable to use my phone as I keep on getting the above message (Sim not provisioned for voice)- I am currently in the US for a few months and would like to use my phone on roaming however I have been unable to call 150 due to the above error so I am unable to fix this issue. Has anyone had this before any help is appreciated

All new PAYG SIMs need to be activated on EE's UK network first, before they will work abroad. This includes migrations from pay-monthly - you therefore cannot convert from pay-monthly to PAYG whilst abroad.
Your SIM will only work when it's used in the UK, at which point international roaming is automatically enabled. It's too late for you now, but had you added the Roam Abroad pass before travelling, you would have been able to maintain use of your UK allowances in the US.
