E-sim

Hi, I've just set up a pay monthly account but the option for me to download the E-sim is not showing. 

Could I have some help to download the E-sim, please?

 Order a replacement SIM & select eSIM.

Thank you, this was in part helpful. I managed to download the e-sim but to activate it they are requiring a pin sent to the old sim, which I cannot access. Any other way to activate? THanks

@inespallm   Only if you speak with customer services.         To activate an eSim like you are trying to do via your account requires a pin sent to your phone as it expects you to already have a working sim.   This is to prevent someone from taking your number.      

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
