Hello my SIM card has not arrived it’s been over 5 days!

SIM's are normally sent by second-class post. What was the cause for your needing a new SIM?

Was this a lost/stolen replacement? An additional line order? Or something else?

I’m switching from three 

Also it says I’d get notified about my new Sim but I haven’t got anything no delays or dispatching etc

Thanks for coming here. 

You should have received an email confirming the order, once the SIM has been dispatched to Royal Mail, no further updates would be sent. 

If this is not delivered in the next few working days please call us or visit an EE Store with photo ID to get this looked into.
