Sim failure

Wife’s phone stopped working last night. Went to the EE shop in Lincoln to be told it’s a fault with the phone. Went to Apple Store as have Apple Care to be told phone is fine it’s a faulty SIM card. Helpful chap put his SIM card in her phone and it worked. Put her faulty SIM card in his and the same message “No sim installed” was displayed. Go back to EE shop to be told we have to send her phone off for repair!! Won’t have it that the sim has failed. Didn’t even test the SIM card!!! **bleep**!!!?!

Hey there you can order replacement SIM card in the app or website, granted it may take a few days. If the shop wont help you then do it.

I am sorry to hear this has happened. 

If the account holder can give us a call on either 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone, the team will get a replacement SIM card sent out.
