Sim doesnt work - No way of reporting without a working phone!

My Sim Card keeps cutting out. Sometimes turning phone off helps but not any more. AM trying to report the fault as I assume they have to send me a new one. Went to 'Contact Us' on web page and they have no email address or live IT chat just a phone number. I can't use phone as have no sim! What to do?

PS. I hate how a company I pay a monthly fee to refers me to other customers to sort out issues. Was thinking of getting internet via EE but not so sure now.

Read here:

Or you can go into any EE store and obtain a SIM.

Thanks

You can contact EE on 07953 966150 from any working phone, it need not be a mobile or an EE phone

Most of the major UK telcos offer a web-based community forum in addition to their standard support processes.
