Ordered new sim card from EE transferring from BT. Delivery was supposed to be on saturday 3/12/22 by DPD -never arrived. DPD have now said they have lost it & to contact EE customer service, Tried this for a while but stuck in queue for ever. So EE have taken first payment BT cancelled service & I now have no phone service
Unless this is resolved asap I will cancel the order as i am paying for something I haven't got

Hello @dodgysooty ,
Welcome to the community,,
Sim cards are sent out by second class post, so depends on postal strike as to how long it will take for it to arrive.
If you are near an EE shop, you can pop in there with some form of ID and they will supply you with one.
First payment should start once you have received your SIM card and activated it.
