I’ve lost my sons SIM card how can I get another one?

Thanks for coming here 🙂

If you have lost the SIM card and the account is in your name, you would need to call us and the team will get you a new SIM card sent out. 

Or, you can pop into an EE Store with photo ID for a replacement SIM card.
