How long does it normally take for a sim card to arrive, I'm waiting a week now for one and I've already been disconnected from my old network so I have no working data, calls, or messages.

Welcome to the community,

SIM cards are sent via second class post, so you should have received it by now. If you are near an EE store, you could go there and they should be able to give you one, but just explain that you have not received your SIM card yet, so that they make sure it has your number, as you have ported it to EE, otherwise I would suggest ringing customer service, they should be able to send one out, although it may still arrive on Tuesday, Monday being bank holiday no post delivery, obviously.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
