Ordered a Sim swap Thursday 25th Aug woke up Friday 26th to no service on my phone and have been without Calls, texts, data since then, this is before I've even received my replacement sim with the same number.
I've done a sim swap before but they didn't disconnect the old sim till the new one was registered/activated.
Have they changed the sim swap method or has someone made a mistake??

@longtom1 Someone has processed this before you got the new sim. It shouldn’t happen like this but occasionally it does.

Sorry to hear that this has happened. Hopefully the new SIM card will be there in the next couple of days. If you desperately need a working SIM, it may be worth popping into your nearest EE store.
