Sim card replacement not activating, and my passport has been expired!

Hi all,

I had recently my phone stolen and I got a replacement phone. I ordered a new sim card at my home but the sim card is not working. At the shop they don't accept my passport because it's been expired this February. My card is a contract. What can I do?

Hello @zaver 

You will need to Call EE to get the Sim Card Activated.  However seeing as your Sim Card isn't working you can call EE free on Skype over WiFi
