Hi, I've just switched from vodafone, everything's working great but my network provider still says vodafone. Anyone know why?

In order for your phone's screen to be showing Vodafone as provider, it must have an active VF SIM in.

@Jeff111  When did you switch?  Have you been sent an EE SIM card ?      Did you move your number to EE ?    When did you switch?

Yes I've done all of that and switched 2 days ago, everything's done and everything's working. It's just still showing vodafone as my provider, it's weird.

I took the vodafone sim out, I have the ee one in. It doesn't make sense.🤷🏻‍♂️

Hi @Jeff111

Thanks for coming back to us 🙂

Could you add a screenshot with no personal details to show where the phone is showing Vodafone?

Leanne.

I've checked and I am on ee, it's just showing vodafone here. It's probably nothing.

Is yours a dual-SIM phone? Has this phone been used on VF previously?

I was with vodafone until 2 days ago. It is a dual sim but I only have the ee sim in it.

Thanks @Jeff111

What phone are you using?

Can you try and manually select EE as the network restart the phone and then turn network selection back to automatic, does this update the service provider for you?

Leanne.
