Lost my PAYG SIM, local shop said they don't stock them and tried to sign me up

to contract...is this policy in all shops now? Ordered a replacement PAYG SIM by post 2 weeks ago, didn't come.

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

I am sorry to hear the store could not provide a replacement SIM card for you, if they have stock available the store should be able to provide a replacement if you have photo ID and an active EE account. 

To get the order for the replacement SIM card looked into please get in touch with our pay as you go guides.
