Sim card porting and delivery

Hi 

I order a sim on contract on 30th Dec 2022 but still I did not receive a sim.

@ranjithmanda114  SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail.  You also ordered just before new years and a bank holiday.  It’s only been 2 days of normal working days so far.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I didn't even received dispatch mail .in my order confirmation mail they mentioned we will send you dispatch update
