Hi, when I started my contract with EE in September 2022, I filled out the request to keep my old number (from my ID sim). This was completed.
My outgoing messages to EE numbers are showing as my ported number (the correct one) but my messages to other contacts are showing up as my original EE sim number before I completed the port.
What can I do?

Does turning off 'chat features' in your messaging app settings resolve the issue?
