Sim card deactivated

I am currently in the UAE and found out my sim is deactivated, cannot send out nor receive calls and etc. Is there anyway we could reactivate the sim again please? Mobile number is +xxxxxxxxxxxx

My sim is pay as you go, i actually forgot to consume and top up my credit during the 6 months because im using whatsapp as communication and it's been a while since i went back to the UK.

If you have not used the SIM card in over 273 days the number would have been recycled and lost.

 

To get this looked into you would need to get in touch with our Customer Care team, who can check if the number can be reinstated.

I actually topped up last month just to keep the sim running active, that's why i was surprised why all of the sudden it got deactivated.

 

How do can I get in touch with the customer customer care team without calling them for obvious reasons and I am outside the UK as well.
