Sim blocked

Hi 

I have accidentally blocked my sim. I can’t call or text to get it unblocked. I have my Mei number but need a punk code. How can I get this if EE only offer help by calling or texting. Thank you

You can get your PUK code from your My EE account.

@Glitzygal7 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
