Hi,
I have sim card. Can I this sim transfer in eSim?
Can I do this on the EE app or in the London branch?
To confirm. I have a SIM card and I want to switch to eSim? I hope I explained.
My numbers is ***********

Welcome to the EE Community
As @Chris_B mentioned you will need to be a pay monthly contract customer to use an eSIM. If you are a pay monthly contract customer then you can convert your SIM into an eSIM by logging into the EE app.
Select the profile in the top right, select Settings and permissions then select replace my SIM/eSIM and follow the steps. You can find more info here Set up and use an eSIM | Mobile Help | EE

@Dusan44 To use the eSIM you have to be a contract customer. eSims are not available for pay as you go users.

@Dusan44 If you are on pay as you go currently but looking to take a pay monthly contract, you would need to find a plan you want and then apply for the contract which will involve a credit check taking place.
You can apply for a contract via our online shop in your online account, by calling our sales team on 0800 956 6000 or by visiting an EE store.
