Sim activation

I've received my phone 3 days late, and spent best part of 10 hrs setting it up. The last 2 hours trying to activate the SIM. EE suggests it will send texts, but these are not recieved because the phone is not activated it seems, then once attached to WiFi calling they come through, (no idea how non WiFi connected phones get over this) however EE do not accept the codes.

Worst upgrade experience I've ever had and the sonic finger print detector is shockingly bad... extremely frustrated and disappointed

A replacement SIM is often supplied with upgrade phones incase, for whatever reason, there's a problem with your current SIM or it doesn't fit a new phone.

If your existing SIM is working and fits your new phone, there's no need to unnecessarily replace it.
