Sim Card Stopped Working

I have recently upgraded my phone to 14 pro max, while transferring data accidentally clicked on Esim, now it is been two days without service, I been to two EE stores but no one can solve the problem contacted customer service twice same answer, technical team same reply.

they cannot issue a replacement card because the E sim was order which is supposed to be activated with 24 hours and until now not active.

I am out of my business from last two days , when I called customer service the answer is shop can replace the sim they are misguiding you and EE store don’t have such system to delete the Esim and issue a new SIM card

can anyone help to resolve this issue.

CHECK WITH ee ADVISERS IF YOUR PHONE HAS BEEN BLACKLISTED. 

EE have quoted this to at least one customer.  Removing the phone from the blacklist resolves the problem - if the information from EE is accurate.

Hi there 

Clicked e sim accidentally when setting up upgraded phone , huge mistake which has created a myriad of problems as any  physical sim not working in phone.  Been into store 4 times to no avail. Spoke to tech team on 4th visit who assured me e sim details have been removed from account which then I am told later on is not the case ?

Sent a new sim which never activates despite the fact of people taking down serial number to then be told that information is not on the account ?!

Through forum realised I needed to raise a ticket which I have done , 5 days later I am told the eSIM info is now removed ( which means what I was told previously is incorrect . Told they would ring me at half 6 so left work especially early for nothing , they didn’t ring .

Got through to another technical person who said they texted me ( on my old number which I didn’t get because , shocker , I don’t have a sim , that the new time was half 8.

Now waiting for the latest sim activate . Now been over 2 weeks without a working phone and I am slowly giving up. I have been given a link to get quick access to helplines if this doesn’t work and I have no hope that it will . This far I have spent countless hours on the phone and in store and I am frustrated .

Can anyone please help / proffer  any advice because I am going round in circles and I really need a phone( obviously )  .  I am reticient to ring again get a new sim to then be told to wait yet another 48 hours knowing it won’t work because it seems no one knows what to do .

If this isn’t resolved soon I will cancel the contract and take it elsewhere given I am paying a lot of money for a service I am yet to receive and although the customer service agents are friendly I am losing patience with this and need this resolved asap and getting rather fed up with it . Paying upwards of 75 pounds for a glorified brick .

I will wait 48 hours for this latest sim and if this doesn’t work any extra advice you may have would be appreciated please .

@Ana_923 : Just order a physical replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
