I have an active EE SIM ******** I topped up £5 , but I’m not receiving any verification SMS from WhatsApp or other services. Can you please check if there's a block or issue on my number regarding international or short-code messages?

During those 10 months have you only used it to receive texts? You haven't made any calls or sent any texts from it?
