Numbers originally stolen and ported to Lyca

I'm having exactly the same problem. Numbers originally stolen and ported to Lyca. Got numbers back to EE on 9/6 however still cannot receive OTP from certain site (HMRC being example). Fault raised with EE but seem to be getting no where.

Can you clarify... you have a native-EE-issued number, ported to Lyca and now back to EE? If so - that potentially makes the porting data easier to tidy-up.

You've done the right thing in getting a fault raised, especially if you have an INC reference - that's ideal. What makes you think it's "getting no where"? When did you last speak to CS, and how were things left?
