SIM not working

Had the phone nearly 2 years & suddenly the SIM won’t connect to EE. Ordered new sim, same issue. Assumed it must be the phone but when I tried a sim for a different number it worked just fine. Can’t call EE as all I can do with the phone is use WiFi. What’s going on?

How did you order the new SIM?

Hi James, it’s a pay monthly & I ordered a new sim through my EE app. I’m up to date with payments so I don’t understand why it suddenly stopped working.

Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if you get an EE signal?
