I recently upgraded to iPhone 14 pro max and somehow managed mess up transferring the SIM card by selecting e-SIM (and subsequently deleting my old physical SIM). I spoke to an advisor who said they would send a new one through the post last Friday, 8th September but as of today, Tuesday 12th I am still yet to receive the SIM card. I only have access to the internet through wifi and currently cannot call or text. This means I cannot use WhatsApp either as to set it up requires a code be sent via SMS also. I can’t find a way to be in contact with EE and I’m getting beyond frustrated. In fact I’m not in contact with anyone. I live alone and need this fixing in case I, or family get into issues. Please someone, help if you can.

I am sorry to hear your SIM has not yet arrived.
This can take day 3-5 days sent with Royal Mail.
By any chance do you have an EE Store near by? you can always pop into your local EE Store with photo ID and get your replacement SIM.
