Dear everyone in the ee community

I have had numerous amount of Sim cards for the number ending in 280 and after a couple of months, it shows on the keypad up cancel  and callback and my Sim card does not ring out I can only receive incoming calls why is this error keep occurring 

and also I cannot  replace my esim/simcard because I do not have a driving license or a in date, passport to be able to replace it in store I can only replace it when I ring 150  or on the ee app it would be good for staff to be able to send  you a text or email for them to be able to validate customers, in Store for ee colleagues to be able to activate your esim/simcard in store or replace esim/simcard

If you place your SIM into another device are you able to call out?

Our customer care team can post a SIM to your account address if you call 150.

@c9   Because you have to prove who you say you are and text sent to a phone number don’t prove who you say you are when you request a replacement SIM card in store. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
