How come I have been waiting for my replacement SIM card for about 4 working days now and the first one was someone' else's and had to order a replacement SIM card and still not had one day with my own SIM card and my account number and name but not sure if it is going to be coming yet?

I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion with your SIM card, and I know you'll be eager to receive this.
All replacement SIM cards can take 3-5 working days and are sent via Royal Mail.
Do you have a local EE store? If you do, feel free to pop in with a valid photo ID and the team can issue you a replacement SIM that same day.
If you want to double check any other details, I'd suggest calling the team directly.
