I have 3 numbers on my account and want to move them all to a different network provider. I only seem to be able to request one PAC code. How would I get the other 2?

Thanks!

If you have more than 1 no. on your a/c you need to phone CS to get PACs. You can't get them by texts.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @Hl33

Where there are multiple lines on an account, there is usually only 1 PAC code issued which cover all lines.

However, it's best to call our Customer Service team as often it's only possible for guide to issue PAC codes on multi-line accounts. The team will be able to check the PAC code will cover what you need.

Hope this helps!
