SIM card not working

No I have used my sim with my new phone in uk 1 day but when I got eSIM I try to access my phone massage in ee but can’t access the sim

Can you give me a bit more information about your SIM? Is it a brand new one, a new SIM for an upgrade or a replacement SIM for an existing number?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
