Help! Received my new iPhone 14 today, I've inserted my existing SIM card and it's not working in the new phone, and will no longer work in the old phone?! What do I do.
Been on hold to 150 tech team for over 30 minutes now..

Have you upgraded?
If so, are you using a new SIM card or the same SIM from your old phone?
