SIM card disconnecting

I recently used an eSIM from EasySim global for use in Iceland.  This worked well as it had before but this time when I’ve returned to the UK my Primary sim keeps disconnecting.  I have been home 24 hours and I have had to turn my phone off about 6/7 times.  I’ve used these eSIMs before and not had this problem. Can anyone advise what I can do?

Is your EE SIM physical or electronic? What do you mean by your SIM "disconnecting"?

Welcome to the Community.

In your phone settings have you switched off your eSIM so only the Primary (physical EE SIM) is active?
