SIM NOT WORKING

i've redone a sim and it's a replacement sim that is my same number is not letting me make calls or texts and no signal is showing up

@lucy12walhy  It’ll take up to 24hours for the sim to activate. But try restarting the device a few times as it helps the network see the sim

Try a manual network search - does EE show as available?

okay i put it in at 8 pm last night and its been saying no signal at all do i just wait til 8.

i have reset about 5 times so far

FYI you have a short time after posting to edit, negating the need for multiple short replies.

If EE wasn't showing on a network search, there may have been a temporary outage. Try selecting it manually (and returning to auto afterwards) or toggle flight mode.

Have you tried activating your new SIM online at Activate Your SIM page ? 

If your old SIM is no longer working, or you don't have it, you'll need to call our Customer Care team to activate your replacement SIM.

iy can't let me call or receive calls do everyrume i've done that link it doesn't work i can't call ee cause i don't have any data it won't let me it keep saying no signal
