Hi it saying on my EE account regarding a SIM card, I haven’t received a SIM card, I was trying to order one today on my account and it won’t let me. Can someone look into this please. Thanks, Janet.

What exactly is it saying on your account, please feel free to upload a screenshot if you'd like.
Also do you have a SIM with us already and want to order a second line, or do you have a different service and want to add mobile too?
