Hello,
I went to my local EE shop to get a new SIM card as my phone was showing "Unable to connect to network" and "no SIM card installed", making it impossible to recieve and make calls and text and use my mobile data. I got the card yesterday 5/6/23 and its the 6th and I'm still not connected to the EE network and still unable to call, text or use data
The guy that helped me said it should take an hour or so and that i just needed to wait, its been roughly 12 hours, but sites I've seen said it can take up to 24 hours. I really do need to use my phone to make calls for work ASAP and I really don't know if there was something else I was supposed to do after the new SIM was installed.
If someone could please help me, that would be amazing

@Natlee59 Yes it can take up to 24 hours and it’ll take up to another 24 hours before your number is switched to that SIM card.
