Still doesn't work I have received the new sim card this morning but shows me on the phone

If you have received a new SIM for an issue with your connection, this can be sent both pre-activated, or also blank and requiring activation with your service.
If you're able to get in touch with our team via another phone, they'll be able to check which SIM is currently active with your number, and if needs be get this activated.
Alternatively if you're not able to call, you can also visit one of our retail stores and query this here.
Just be aware you'll need a valid passport or UK driving licence as photo ID.
