SIM Broken

Hi There,

I have an EE Sim card that has stopped functioning. I can no longer call or text with it or receive calls or texts with it. However, the number that I have is very important to me. How do I go about getting  a new EE Sim with the same number? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@SimServant  You need to call customer services and request a replacement SIM card or go to a EE store and make this request there.  You’ll need in date photo ID if you go to a store. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
