Been told to return my device by ee but I can’t find the option to do this?

Hello I got an upgrade and they sent me the wrong phone also the box was damaged I rang Fri and they said to send it back but I still haven’t received the email so I no where to send it

Once you've contacted us to confirm your return, we'll send you a pre-addressed silver bag.
The bag is tracked and insured to offer protection against loss and damage.
I would recommend giving us a call to confirm your return pack has been sent.
