It’s just a question , I’m currently unemployed and racked up a high bill in the past which I could not pay and now my service has been disconnected . How do I resume my service ?

You will need to speak with our customer care team on 150, the team will look at all your options and do all they can to help get your services resumed.

I pay my payment and after payment my sim is not working when i call someone they said to resume your service contact ee

Hi @Neet2001 

If your services have only recently been suspended, and you have made payment for the full amount due, it can take up to 24 hours for your services to be restored. 

I'd recommend switching your mobile device off and back on to help the process.
