Requiring PAC code

Visitor

Hello.

I just terminated my contract from EE on Friday but do not have my PAC code.
I require this to transfer my current number over to my new SIM.
Can anyone please advise.

Thanks

@Naomi0996 : You needed to request your PAC before cancelling your contract. Once your contract is cancelled there will be no no. to port. With a bit of luck you could get in before your notice period expires & call CS to stop the cancellation but instead give you your PAC.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Does this mean you've just given your 30days notice to terminate, and are now on day 2?

Or does this mean your line has been disconnected?

If your line has been disconnected, your number has very likely gone - but you'll need to call EE C/S in either case.
