Hi there, I just signed up for a new sim and plan and yet I had no option to pick an ESIM instead of a physical one 😅 I’m still on a foreign number and for some reason can’t call the help line and it isn’t letting me use chat, how do I request the info for the ESIM?
Does anyone know?

That would be the issue then. Unfortunately E-SIM is not available on Pay As You Go, it is only available on a Pay Monthly contract.

Is it a Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly SIM you've ordered?
