How is it possible to order a replacement sim card for my phone but online? I'm unable to Make calls

@MarkJoel If you go to a EE store you’ll need in date photo ID with you. It’s not possible to order online if you don’t have a working sim as you’ll be sent a text to confirm that request of a replacement sim.

You can call customer service from a different device though. +44 800 079 8586

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What is the reason for the replacement SIM? Are you near an EE Store to pop in and get one?
