I had my phone stolen on Saturday and have today received my new iphone, It has an esim which i need to activate but i have no idea how to do this without my old phone. If you try to do it on line it sends you a text which i cannot get as I dont have a phone with a SIM set up.I appear to be stuck in a viscous circle! I am home alone so dont have another phone to call them from. Was hoping for a chat function on the website but there isnt one. Any ideas? Thanks
