Hi, I haves just received a replacement SIM card for my phone but the SIM card is not activated. The reason for the replacement SIM card is because my current SIM card came up on my phone with no sim a couple of weeks ago so obviously I haven’t been able to receive calls text messages or any emails. In order for me to activate my new sim it is saying that a code will be sent to me via text message obviously this is not going to work. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 from any other phone a tech guide will be able to activate your replacement sim for you.
